I was at this show. I was 16. I can't believe there's actual footage of it. I was stage left in the pit. I was so tired after a day of SOAD, Powerman 5000, Kid Rock, and Korn that I was just vibing off to the side drinking my expensive cup of water. While it was unfortunate that James couldn't perform, I think arguably I got a better experience watching the eclectic group on stage. I still talk about it, and Serj singing Sanitarium is the one guest vocalist I can definitively remember.

I know for a fact The Beatles didn't shape the members of Metallica like how the other hard rock and metal bands of the 70s and early 80s did to them, but whether The Beatles shape you or not, there's always gonna be that appreciation towards them.
